We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the governorate, geographic area, and delivery address.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer's governorate and delivery address at checkout.

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

Free Shipping

Customers are eligible for free shipping on orders with a total value of EGP 1,000 or more.

SAFQQA reserves the right to modify the minimum order value required for free shipping or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

1 to 2 business days

Processing times do not include Fridays, public holidays, or official government holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After order processing, estimated delivery time is:

3 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  1. Governorate and delivery area.
  2. Geographic location.
  3. Shipping carrier operational conditions.
  4. Seasonal demand and peak periods.

Order Confirmation and Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive:

  1. An order confirmation notification.
  2. A shipment tracking number (when available).
  3. Shipping status updates.

Customers can track their orders through:

  1. The "My Orders" section within their account.
  2. The order tracking page on our website.
  3. Contacting our customer support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners may attempt delivery more than once when necessary.

If the customer cannot be reached or the order cannot be delivered, the shipment may be returned to SAFQQA's warehouse.

In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping the order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the following information is accurate:

  1. Full name.
  2. Phone number.
  3. Delivery address.
  4. Availability to receive the shipment or provide an authorized recipient.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  1. Weather conditions.
  2. Public holidays and national events.
  3. Promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.
  4. Operational issues affecting shipping carriers.
  5. Emergency situations or force majeure events.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify the customer regarding the status of the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is:

  4. Not delivered within an unusually extended period beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment or from the expected delivery date and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will investigate the matter and take the appropriate action, which may include:

  1. Product replacement.
  2. Re-shipment.
  3. Full refund.

All resolutions are subject to the outcome of our investigation.

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason attributable to SAFQQA or a product defect, SAFQQA reserves the right to:

  1. Deduct the actual shipping costs incurred.
  2. Restrict certain payment methods for future orders.
  3. Refuse future orders in cases of repeated abuse.

Order Modification or Cancellation

Customers may request modifications or cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.
