Return Period
Customers may request a return for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must meet the return conditions outlined below.

SAFQQA reserves the right to reject any return request if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Undergarments and intimate apparel.
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened.
- Gift cards and electronic vouchers.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Any item clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Electronic Products
For electronic devices, mobile phones, laptops, and home appliances:
- Customers may inspect and test the product reasonably to verify that it matches the product description.
- Products cannot be returned if they have been damaged, cracked, broken, or misused after delivery.
- In cases involving manufacturing defects or technical faults, the product may be inspected by our quality control team or an authorized service center before approving a refund or replacement.
- Products protected by passwords, personal accounts, activation locks, or security features must have all accounts and locks removed before being returned.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive:
- A product different from the one ordered.
- A product damaged during shipping.
- A product with a visible defect upon delivery.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
In such cases, SAFQQA will cover all return shipping and handling costs.
How to Request a Return
You may request a return by:

- Visiting the "My Orders" section.
- Selecting the relevant order.
- Clicking "Request Return".
- Selecting the item(s) and reason for return.
- Submitting the request for review.

Return Request Review
After receiving your return request:
- Requests are typically reviewed within 1 to 3 business days.
- Additional photos or videos may be requested.
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request by email or phone.
Return Shipping
If the Return Is Due to SAFQQA's Error
Examples include:
- Incorrect item received.
- Manufacturing defect.
- Product damaged upon delivery.
In these cases, SAFQQA will cover all return shipping and handling costs.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If the return is requested because:
- The customer no longer wants the product.
- The product was ordered by mistake.
- The customer changed their mind after purchase.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable payment processing fees incurred on the order.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved:
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds may be issued through:
- InstaPay
- Mobile Wallet
- Bank Transfer
Based on the payment details provided by the customer.
Online Payments
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund Processing Time
- Returned item inspection: Up to 7 business days after receipt.
- Bank transfers or InstaPay refunds: 1–5 business days.
- Credit or debit card refunds: 5–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by SAFQQA or a verified product defect.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged only in the following cases:
- Damaged item received.
- Wrong item received.
- Verified manufacturing defect.
Direct exchanges are not available for change-of-mind returns. Customers may return the original item and place a new order separately.
Rejection of Return Requests
SAFQQA reserves the right to reject return requests in the following cases:
- The return period has expired.
- The product has been used abnormally.
- Essential accessories or components are missing.
- The serial number has been removed, altered, or damaged.
- The product shows signs of misuse or customer-caused damage.
- The returned item does not match the item originally sold.
