Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You may request to modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved:

Who pays for return shipping?

SAFQQA will cover all return shipping and handling costs.
